<p>It is from D-STAR mobile radio user, to local D-STAR repeater, to remote station over IP  running D-STAR Hot-Point software, to local mobile radio user with an analog HT.</ol>
<p>D-STAR Hot-Point runs on Linux Desktop or Microsoft Windows.  </p>
